The Last One Month

Have been really lazy to update or do anything on facebook.

Some pictures of what happened in the last week.

I went for a Worship Central concert.

Kai Ming, one of my catering makan buddies.

Moved out from Glen Eyre last Saturday.

Cooked a sweet sauce chicken(I still don't know how to call it) that tasted a lot like home!

btw, two people finished this whole pot.

Copied Gordon Ramsay's recipe for his perfect breakfast for Jo Yee and I.

Got complimented for the scrambled eggs! Thanks Kel!

Omelette making with A LOT OF ONIONS.

Crispy pork bacon with onions and chilli sauce.

Potato wedges with herbs and spices.

Meatloaf with oats.

Shepherd's pie.

Everything's routine.

Sambal *cough* udang...

We cooked french beans with garlic and sambal udang yesterday! Mel's sambal was my first sambal here, after like a month.

This was good!! Very spicy.

Note to self: Cooking sambal udang is bad for your throat, especially if you already are coughing.

It wasn't easy, but no one said it would be this hard.

To say goodbye.

I expected how the wake was at 5:15 am. I didn't expect the train ride, because I didn't know what to expect. I expected the arrival and the 'fake-call'. I expected your reaction. I expected the day.

But I didn't expect how hard it was to leave you. It wasn't the same at the airport, since I'm more settled now. I feel it and I want you near. I want to drive you to college again, go everywhere with you.

I want to eat Meatballs with you and share that RM 1.50 refillable drink. I want to enjoy gourmet meals and share how much I want to bring more people to different places.

I want to shoot you again.

It was tiring, but I know, pushing myself to my limits(and getting sick from you) was worth every single second and every single ounce of strength.

But it's a new phase. It's hard, but I have to entrust you to God, yet again.

Let's start fresh and start it well.

It was a FANTASTIC weekend.

Last Sat, we went to see the Marina at Southampton.

Then we had fish&chips at WestQuay. 6 Pounds for this! We shared!

Then, we cooked pasta for dinner.

And spent the whole night playing Uno.

4 Malaysians + 1 Hongkee + 3 Cyprus girls=International-Ruled-UNO.
